Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel through Australia Post.

Track via Email

Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from Little Bird Electronics. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your parcel's location and estimated delivery date.

Track via Your Account

You can also find tracking information by logging into your account on our website:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your Orders page.
  3. Click on the order you want to track.
  4. Your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page will be displayed on the order details screen.

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in Australia Post's system. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, or if your parcel appears to be stuck in transit, please contact our support team and we will investigate for you.

For split shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
