Do you offer pickups?

No, we do not offer in-store or warehouse pickups. All orders are shipped via one of our available delivery methods.

Same-Day Delivery with Gopeople

If you need your order urgently, we offer same-day delivery through Gopeople on weekdays. A Gopeople courier will collect your order from our warehouse and deliver it directly to your door the same day.

How it works

Place your order on a weekday (Monday to Friday) and pay before the cutoff time
Select the Gopeople same-day delivery option at checkout
A courier will pick up your parcel and deliver it to you the same day

Things to keep in mind

Same-day delivery is only available on business days (not weekends or public holidays)
All items in your order must be in stock for same-day dispatch
Availability and delivery area depend on Gopeople's coverage in your region
The Gopeople shipping option and rate will appear at checkout if it is available for your address

Need something fast but Gopeople isn't available?

If same-day delivery isn't available for your area, Express Shipping via Australia Post is the next fastest option. Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
