Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packaged to arrive in great condition.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled through industry-standard encrypted connections. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout next time.
