Faulty or incorrect products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's reasonably expected to do. These rights apply at any time and are not limited by our return window.
Change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind? We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
However, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on:
- Indent and special orders — products not stocked in our Sydney warehouse that we order in from a manufacturer or supplier on your behalf
- Opened or used products — items removed from their original retail packaging or no longer in "as new" saleable condition
- Activated software — software that has been opened, downloaded, or had a licence key redeemed
For change-of-mind returns, please note that original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is also at your expense.
