# Return Policy

## Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

### Faulty or incorrect products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is **faulty**, **not as described**, or **doesn't do what it's reasonably expected to do**. These rights apply at any time and are not limited by our return window.

### Change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind? We're happy to accept returns within **30 days of delivery**, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

However, we **can't accept change-of-mind returns** on:

- **Indent and special orders** — products not stocked in our Sydney warehouse that we order in from a manufacturer or supplier on your behalf
- **Opened or used products** — items removed from their original retail packaging or no longer in "as new" saleable condition
- **Activated software** — software that has been opened, downloaded, or had a licence key redeemed

For change-of-mind returns, please note that **original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable**. Return shipping is also at your expense.
