Refunds
Once your return has been approved by our team, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect depending on how you originally paid.
Refund methods and timeframes
- Credit or debit card: Refunds are processed back to the original card and typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
- Bank transfer: If you paid by direct bank transfer, your refund will be sent to the originating account. Allow 1-2 business days for the funds to arrive.
- Purchase order: If you paid via purchase order, a credit note will be applied to your account and can be used against future orders.
Credit notes
A credit note is generated for every approved refund, regardless of the payment method. This serves as a record of the refund for your accounting or bookkeeping purposes. You can view and download your credit notes from the Orders section of your account.
