# Refunds

## Refunds

Once your return has been approved by our team, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect depending on how you originally paid.

### Refund methods and timeframes

- **Credit or debit card:** Refunds are processed back to the original card and typically take **3-5 business days** to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
- **Bank transfer:** If you paid by direct bank transfer, your refund will be sent to the originating account. Allow **1-2 business days** for the funds to arrive.
- **Purchase order:** If you paid via purchase order, a credit note will be applied to your account and can be used against future orders.

### Credit notes

A credit note is generated for every approved refund, regardless of the payment method. This serves as a record of the refund for your accounting or bookkeeping purposes. You can view and download your credit notes from the **Orders** section of your account.
