Adding Items to an Existing Order
Forgot something? No problem. If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you can add extra items to it directly from your account. This saves you from placing a separate order and paying for shipping twice.
How to Add Items
- Log in to your account and go to your Orders page.
- Find the order you want to update and click on it to open the order detail page.
- Click the Add Items button.
- Search for the products you want to add, select quantities, and confirm.
- The new items will be added to your order and the total will be updated.
Things to Know
- You can only add items to orders that have not yet been shipped.
- If your order has already been partially fulfilled, you can still add items to the remaining unfulfilled portion.
- Adding items may change your shipping cost if the package weight or dimensions increase.
- If you paid by card, the additional amount will be charged to the same payment method. For unpaid orders (such as purchase orders or bank transfers), the updated total will be reflected on your invoice.
