Removing Items from an Order

If you have added something to an order by mistake, or you no longer need a particular item, you can remove it before the order ships.

How to Remove Items

  1. Log in to your account and visit your Orders page.
  2. Click on the order that contains the item you want to remove.
  3. On the order detail page, find the item you want to remove.
  4. Click the Remove button next to that item.
  5. Confirm the removal when prompted.

The order total will be recalculated automatically. If you have already paid, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • You can only remove items from orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
  • If your order has been partially shipped, you can only remove items from the unfulfilled portion.
  • Removing all items from an order will cancel the order entirely.
  • Refunds for card payments typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
