Credit Card Security
Credit Card Security
We take payment security seriously. When you pay by credit or debit card, your card details are handled entirely by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most trusted payment processors.
We never see or store your card number
When you enter your card details at checkout, they are sent directly to Stripe's servers using an encrypted connection. Our website never receives, processes, or stores your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. We only receive a secure token — a random reference code that represents your card — which allows us to process the payment without ever handling your actual card details.
What about saved cards?
If you choose to save a card for future purchases, the card is stored securely by Stripe, not on our servers. We only keep a reference token and the last four digits of your card number (e.g. •••• 4242) so you can identify which card is which. At no point do we have access to your full card number.
PCI compliance
Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of certification in the payments industry. This means their systems are independently audited every year to ensure they meet the strictest security standards for handling card data.
Because card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers, our checkout meets PCI requirements without your sensitive information ever being exposed to us.
What happens during a transaction
- You enter your card details into the secure payment form at checkout (powered by Stripe)
- Stripe encrypts and processes the payment directly
- Stripe sends us a confirmation token — not your card details
- We use that token to confirm your order was paid
If you have any concerns about payment security, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
