Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, you can do so before it has been shipped. We process orders quickly, so we recommend cancelling as soon as possible.
How to Cancel from Your Account
- Log in and go to your Orders page.
- Find the order you want to cancel and click on it.
- On the order detail page, click the Cancel Order button.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you had already paid, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
When You Cannot Cancel Online
The cancel option is not available if your order has already been packed or shipped. In that case, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We may be able to intercept the shipment, or we can arrange a return once it arrives.
Refund Timing
- Credit/debit card: Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Bank transfer: Refunds are processed manually and may take up to 5 business days.
- Purchase orders: The invoice will be credited or voided.
