Understanding Order Statuses
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and visiting your Orders page. Each order displays a status that tells you where it is in the fulfilment process.
Order Statuses Explained
- Open — Your order has been received and is being prepared. At this stage, you can still modify the order by adding or removing items, changing quantities, adding a PO number, or cancelling it.
- Partially Fulfilled — Some items in your order have been shipped, but others are still being processed. This usually happens when certain items are in stock and ready to go while others are on backorder or being sourced. You will receive tracking information for the items that have shipped.
- Fulfilled — All items in your order have been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
- Cancelled — The order has been cancelled either by you or by our team. If payment was already taken, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order status changes to Partially Fulfilled or Fulfilled, tracking information will be available on the order detail page and in the shipping confirmation email. Click the tracking link to follow your package with the carrier.
If your order status has not changed for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will investigate.
