Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. All estimates are in business days from the date of dispatch and are provided as a guide only.

Every product page has an Estimated Delivery panel showing when your order should arrive with each shipping method, and, for items in our warehouse, how long you have left to make today's dispatch.

Parcel Post (Australia Post)

  • Most addresses: 3 to 7 business days
  • Remote areas: May take longer depending on location and carrier access

Express Post (Australia Post)

  • Most addresses: 1 to 3 business days
  • Remote areas: Faster than Parcel Post, but times vary by destination

Same-Day Delivery (GoPeople)

Sydney metro addresses can choose GoPeople same-day delivery at checkout when ordering before midday on a business day. See Shipping Methods & Rates.

New Zealand

  • International Standard: 6 to 12 business days
  • International Express: 2 to 6 business days

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM Sydney time on business days are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and NSW public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once you've ordered, your order page shows the estimated dispatch date and delivery window for your order.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high-volume periods such as holiday seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with our support team and we will follow it up for you.
