Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. All estimates are in business days from the date of dispatch and are provided as a guide only.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
Regional areas: 4 to 8 business days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on location and carrier access

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express)

Metro areas: 1 to 3 business days
Regional areas: 2 to 5 business days
Remote areas: Faster than standard, but times vary by destination

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM AEST on business days are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high-volume periods such as holiday seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with our support team and we will follow it up for you.
