Split Shipping for Backorders
Sometimes not everything in your order is available right away. When some items are in stock and others are on backorder, you have the option to split your shipment so you are not left waiting for everything to arrive at once.
How It Works
- Add your items to the cart as normal.
- If any items are on backorder, you will see a split shipping option in your cart.
- Toggle split shipping on to have in-stock items shipped immediately. Backordered items will be sent in a separate shipment as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
- If you leave split shipping off, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock, then shipped together in one package.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Split shipments may incur separate shipping charges for each parcel, since each shipment is calculated independently.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for each shipment.
- Estimated restock dates for backordered items are shown on the product page where available.
