We offer several shipping options so you can choose what works best for you. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hornsby, NSW.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

Our most affordable option. Your order is sent via Australia Post's regular parcel service, with tracking included on all shipments. Delivery times vary by destination.

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express)

Need it faster? Express shipping uses Australia Post's Express Post network for priority handling and quicker delivery across Australia.

Same-Day Delivery (Gopeople)

Need it today? On weekdays, you can choose Gopeople same-day delivery at checkout. A courier will collect your order from our warehouse and deliver it directly to your door the same day. See our Pickups & Same-Day Delivery article for full details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. You will see the exact cost before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. If your order qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers where supported by the carrier.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Most of the countries listed above have straightforward customs processes for small electronics parcels.
