We offer several shipping options so you can choose what works best for you. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hornsby, NSW.

Checkout shows every option available for your address, with its price and transit time, under Delivery Method:

Delivery Method at checkout for a Hornsby address: Parcel Post, transit time 3-7 business days, $8.00; Express Post, transit time 1-3 business days, $8.00; and four GoPeople same-day options, from Standard Delivery at $21.34 to Fastest Delivery at $54.34

Parcel Post (Australia Post)

Our most affordable option. Your order is sent with Australia Post's regular parcel service, with tracking included on all shipments. We estimate 3 to 7 business days in transit; remote areas can take longer.

Express Post (Australia Post)

Need it faster? Express Post uses Australia Post's priority network for quicker delivery across Australia. We estimate 1 to 3 business days in transit.

Same-Day Delivery (GoPeople)

Need it today? For Sydney metro addresses, checkout offers GoPeople same-day delivery when you order before midday on a business day. A courier collects your order from our warehouse and delivers it directly to your door the same day, and you can pick how quickly. See our Pickups & Same-Day Delivery article for full details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. You will see the exact cost before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises. For an estimate before checkout, enter your postcode under Order Summary in your cart.

Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. If your order qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers where supported by the carrier.

International Shipping

Outside Australia, we ship to New Zealand with Australia Post International. Choose New Zealand as the country in your cart or at checkout to see the rates for your order.

Cart Order Summary with New Zealand selected and postcode 1010: International Standard, transit time 6-12 business days, $14.82, and International Express, transit time 2-6 business days, $20.40
New Zealand orders can go by International Standard or International Express.

Because of overseas tax collection requirements, we can't currently take orders for delivery to other countries.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
