The FQP27P06 is a P-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET rated for −60V and −27A. With a very low on-resistance of 70 mΩ and a gate threshold compatible with 5V logic, it is well suited for high-side switching controlled by microcontrollers or mechanical switches.
