Need a formal quote for internal approvals or procurement? You can generate one instantly — no emails or phone calls required.

Browse the store and add items to your cart.
Open your cart and click Request a Quote.
Fill in your contact and delivery details.
Submit — you'll receive a quote with a unique quote number (e.g. Q-2001) by email, including a downloadable PDF.

Quotes are valid for 7 days. You can view and download all your quotes anytime from My Account → Quotes.

Pay by Purchase Order

Approved organisations can select Purchase Order as a payment method at checkout — no pre-approval process needed.

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping and billing details as usual.
On the payment step, select Purchase Order.
Enter your PO number (e.g. PO-2026-001234) and submit your order.

We'll process your order and send a tax invoice to your nominated contact. Your PO number will appear on all invoices and order confirmations.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. We also accept payment by bank transfer / direct deposit at checkout.

Manage Everything in Your Account

Once you've placed an order or requested a quote, everything is available in your account dashboard:

View and track quotes — see status (draft, sent, accepted, expired), download as PDF, CSV, or Markdown.
View orders and invoices — download tax invoices as PDF with full GST breakdowns.
Update your PO number — add or edit your PO reference on any order at any time. It will automatically appear on your tax invoice.
