The ALFA Network AHPI7292S is the world's first WiFi HaLow (802.11ah) HAT for Raspberry Pi. Similar to LoRa, WiFi HaLow operates in the sub-gigahertz 915MHz band, providing long-range, low-power wireless communication with WiFi-style connectivity. It supports up to 15Mbps throughput in both standalone and host-based modes.
The HAT is compatible with Raspberry Pi 3B+ and Pi 4, and features an SMA antenna connector. An included SDK provides a straightforward getting-started experience for IoT development.
