The Adafruit SMT Breakout PCB for 16-pin SOIC or TSSOP packages lets you easily prototype with surface-mount chips on standard solderless breadboards. One side accommodates a 16-pin TSSOP footprint while the other supports 16-pin SOIC (narrow, medium, or wide), with traces routed to two rows of 0.1"-spaced through-holes.
