A compact, multi-function USB tester with a 1.44" TFT LCD colour display. It monitors voltage, current, power, capacity, charging protocol, and cable resistance in real time, with support for fast-charge protocol detection and PD active triggering.

The tester integrates USB-A, Micro-USB, and Type-C interfaces, with an external 16-bit ADC and PD protocol chip for accurate measurements. It can also be used to decoy voltage from a protocol adapter to create a simple DC regulated power supply.

Key Features

  • 1.44" TFT Colour Display – High-definition screen with real-time curve display
  • Multi-Interface – USB-A, Micro-USB, and Type-C connections
  • Fast Charge Detection – Automatic protocol detection and decoy
  • PD Active Trigger – Trigger high voltage output from PD adapters
  • Cable Resistance Test – Measure internal resistance of USB cables
  • Switchable Display – Horizontal/vertical orientation and English/Chinese language
  • CE Certified

Specifications

  • Input Voltage – 4–24V (resolution: 0.1 mV, accuracy: ±0.2‰+2)
  • Input Current – 0–5A (resolution: 0.1 mA, accuracy: ±0.5‰+2)
  • Input Power – 0–120W (resolution: 0.1 mW)
  • D+/D- Voltage – 0–3.3V (resolution: 0.01V)
  • Capacity Range – 0–99,999 mAh (resolution: 0.0001 mAh)
  • Energy Range – 0–9,999.99 Wh (resolution: 0.00001 Wh)
  • Cable Resistance – 0–9,999.9 Ω (resolution: 0.0001 Ω)
  • Temperature Accuracy – ±1.2%+3, resolution: 1°C
Warning: Do not connect a power supply exceeding 24V. The USB-A output port can handle 5A briefly; the Micro-USB input should not exceed 2.5A. Use Type-C for high-current output. The tester may get hot during high-power operation — handle with care. Only connect one input and one output at a time (all interfaces except the HID-USB data port are connected in parallel).

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

ADC
An analogue-to-digital converter reads a changing voltage and turns it into a number the microcontroller can use. It matters when connecting analogue sensors such as light, sound, or variable-resistor sensors.
HID
Human Interface Device is a USB device class used for keyboards, mice, gamepads and similar controls. If a board supports HID over USB, it can act like an input device to a computer without needing a custom driver.
LCD
LCD stands for liquid crystal display, a screen technology that uses a backlight and liquid crystals to show images or text. It matters because LCD modules usually need a display driver and enough controller pins or a bus interface to send image data.
TFT
A thin-film transistor display is a common type of colour LCD used for graphics screens. Knowing a product is for TFTs helps you check that the driver board matches the display’s connector, resolution, backlight, and signalling method.
