These Socket Headers alone are, well, lonely. But pair them with the Raspberry Pi Pico, and you're in business!
These headers are particularly cute and tiny with a body height of just 5.0 mm they are the best way to minimize the amount of space your Pico project takes up, but still maintain that flexible configuration. "Normal" socket headers have an 8.5mm body height so this saves you a whole 3.5mm (hey it adds up!)
For best results, pair these with 'short plug / male headers'

- Headers
- Rows of connector contacts on a fixed pitch (commonly 2.54 mm) used to link a board to a breadboard, jumper wires, or another board. They come as male pin headers and female socket headers; when a module ships with pre-soldered headers it can be used straight away, whereas bare pads require soldering the pins yourself.
