The kit arrived within one or two days of the order. All parts were present. The keyboard had a problem (one of the keys had detached itself from the board. I reported this by email to LittleBird. A new keyboard arrived by post less than 24 hours after my email (and I live more than 300km from LittleBird).
The system works just fine. It's amazing that I am multitasking several (non-trivial) Linux programs at once on this tiny device. (It's rather dwarfed by my 32 inch monitor).
I simply can't fault the service from the team.
