The MyoWare Muscle Sensor Development Kit is an Arduino-powered electromyography (EMG) sensor kit that lets you measure and respond to muscle activity. The MyoWare board outputs 0V to Vs (supply voltage) depending on the amount of activity in the selected muscle — simply attach the included biomedical sensor pads, read the analogue output, and start building muscle-controlled projects.

This kit includes the MyoWare Muscle Sensor along with all four shields (Power, Cable, LED, and Proto), sensor pads, a sensor cable, and stackable headers for easy shield stacking in multiple configurations.
