The ESP32-C3-MINI-1-N4 is a compact Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy module from Espressif, built around the ESP32-C3FN4 chip with a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor running at up to 160 MHz. It includes 4 MB of embedded SPI flash and a PCB antenna, making it a self-contained solution for IoT applications.
The module provides a rich set of peripherals including UART, I2C, I2S, SPI (single/dual/quad), ADC, LED PWM controller, remote control peripheral, TWAI controller, USB Serial/JTAG, and a temperature sensor.
