The Adafruit Trinket 5V is a tiny microcontroller board built around the Atmel ATtiny85 processor. At just 27mm × 15mm, it's small enough to fit into virtually any project and affordable enough to dedicate to a single build. Program it via the Arduino IDE over the Micro-USB connector — no separate programmer required.
This is the 5V version, designed for interfacing with 5V sensors, components, and logic levels. It can run at 8 MHz or 16 MHz via a software-configurable clock setting. For 3.3V logic or LiPo battery projects, choose the 3V version instead.
