Adafruit CCS811 Air Quality Sensor Breakout - VOC and eCO2 - STEMMA QT / Qwiic
Discontinued
The Adafruit CCS811 is an indoor air quality sensor breakout that measures Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and provides equivalent CO2 (eCO2) readings over I2C. The onboard MOX sensor and microcontroller handle gas detection and signal processing, returning ready-to-use TVOC and eCO2 values.
The sensor measures eCO2 concentration from 400 to 8,192 ppm and TVOC from 0 to 1,187 ppb. It can detect alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, organic acids, amines, and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Multiple drive modes allow measurements every 1 second, 10 seconds, 60 seconds, or 250 milliseconds. STEMMA QT / Qwiic connectors enable solderless I2C connections.
