3DR Iris - autonomous multicopter
The 3DR Iris is a fully assembled, consumer-grade autonomous multicopter powered by the Pixhawk autopilot system from the PX4 open-hardware project. With GPS waypoint navigation, automatic takeoff and landing, return-to-launch, follow-me mode, and geo-fencing, the Iris delivers advanced autonomous flight capabilities out of the box.
The wide-angled arm design accommodates a GoPro-compatible camera mount for aerial imaging. Arms and feet are produced from Zytel Nylon for superior impact and abrasion resistance across a wide temperature range.
