This 24-pin FFC/FPC extender lets you connect two 24-pin 0.5mm pitch flexible flat cables end-to-end, extending the total cable length. A simple solution when your existing cable isn't long enough to reach.
Key Features
- 24-Pin, 0.5mm Pitch – Matches standard 24-pin FFC/FPC cables
- End-to-End Extension – Connect two cables to double the reach
- Locking Ears – Secure cable retention with flip-lock connectors
Warning: Pin 1 of one cable connects to pin 24 of the other. You must use cables with contacts on the same side (Type A cables) to maintain correct pin alignment.
Tip: Carefully pry the two locking ears of each connector, insert the cable with contacts facing up, then push the ears back in for a solid connection.
Ideal For
- Extending FFC/FPC cable runs in enclosures
- Prototyping when standard cable lengths are insufficient
- Camera, display, and touchscreen ribbon cable extensions

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- FPC
- FPC stands for flexible printed circuit, a thin flat flexible cable or connector style often used where space is tight or some movement is needed, commonly for displays, cameras and other high-density connections. Connecting to an FPC connector generally needs a matching cable with the correct pin count, pitch and contact orientation.
