A waterproof NTC thermistor temperature sensor with a 100cm (1 metre) cable and stainless steel probe. The 10KΩ resistance at 25°C and standard B-constant make it easy to read with an Arduino or other microcontroller ADC input — just use a voltage divider with a matching 10K resistor.
