The Adafruit Raspberry Pi Camera Board Case is a compact two-piece polycarbonate enclosure that protects your Pi Camera while providing a 1/4" tripod mount on the back. Designed by Mike Doell, it snaps together without screws and features a sleek black base with a clear top.

The case includes a slim opening for the ribbon cable, side slots for zip-ties or straps, and a tiny hole in the lid aligned with the camera lens. The 1/4" tripod nut lets you mount it on any standard tripod or camera mount. Compatible with both Pi Camera v1 and v2.

Note: Raspberry Pi Camera Board is not included. If using the Pi Camera v2 (8 MP), you may need to remove the sticky rubber spacer between the camera module and PCB to prevent blurriness due to the slightly thicker module pressing against the case.
