Introduction

The global shutter camera module features the OV9281 photosensitive chip with a 3μm x 3μm pixel size and OmniPixel3-GS™ technology. Unlike rolling shutter cameras, which capture images line by line and may suffer from motion distortion, this module's global shutter technology ensures all pixels are exposed simultaneously. This eliminates motion blur and distortion, making it ideal for capturing fast-moving objects with clarity. With a resolution of 1280×800 and 1 million pixels, it delivers high-quality images even in low-light conditions, making it suitable for night monitoring and indoor shooting. The module’s compact design includes two FPC cables for seamless integration with Raspberry Pi single-board computers, ensuring quick and hassle-free setup.
