ACS714 Current Sensor Carrier -5A to +5A
We have ✅ 1 available of the PL-1185 in our Sydney warehouse.
The ACS714 Current Sensor Carrier provides a compact breakout for Allegro's ±5A ACS714 Hall effect-based linear current sensor. It offers a low-resistance (~1.2 mΩ) current path and electrical isolation up to 2.1 kV RMS, making it ideal for safely monitoring current in a wide range of applications.
This bidirectional sensor accepts current up to ±5A and outputs a proportional analogue voltage centred at 2.5V, which can be read directly by an Arduino or other microcontroller. The compact carrier board includes bypass capacitors and is ready to integrate into 5V systems.
Key Features
- ±5A Bidirectional Range – Measures current flowing in both directions
- 185 mV/A Sensitivity – Proportional analogue output centred at 2.5V
- High Isolation – Electrical isolation up to 2.1 kV RMS
- Low Resistance – ~1.2 mΩ current path for minimal circuit impact
- High Accuracy – Typical error of ±1.5%
- Compact Carrier Board – Includes bypass capacitors, ready to use
