The Gravity MQ5 gas sensor is highly sensitive to LPG, natural gas, and town gas, with lower sensitivity to alcohol, cooking fumes, and cigarette smoke. The analogue output is proportional to gas concentration, and sensitivity can be adjusted via the on-board potentiometer. Gravity interface for plug-and-play connection to Arduino.
