The IMD2AT108 is a complementary NPN/PNP transistor array IC that integrates two transistors, two base resistors, and two pull-up resistors into a single Mini6 package (similar to SOT-457). Commonly used for level translation and logic inversion in compact designs.

Compatible with SOT-23 breakout boards for easy prototyping. Sold as a cut tape of 5 pieces.

Key Features

  • Complementary NPN/PNP Pair – Both transistor types in one package
  • Integrated Resistors – Base resistors and pull-up resistors built in
  • Mini6 Package – Compact SMD form factor (similar to SOT-457)
  • Versatile – Level translation, logic inversion, and general switching

Specifications

  • Part Number – IMD2AT108
  • Package – Mini6 (SOT-457 compatible)
  • Configuration – 1× NPN + 1× PNP with integrated resistors

Package Contents

  • 5× IMD2AT108 transistor array ICs (cut tape)

Ideal For

  • Logic level translation
  • Signal inversion circuits
  • Compact SMD designs
  • General-purpose switching

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

breakout
A breakout is a small circuit board that makes a tiny or hard-to-solder component easier to connect to with standard pins. It matters because this OLED module can be wired into a microcontroller project without needing to solder directly to the display’s fine contacts.
