A dual-sided resistor lead forming tool for bending component leads to precise through-hole spacing. One side handles 1/4W resistors with spacing from 0.4" to 1.5" (10–38mm), and the other handles 1/2W resistors with spacing from 0.5" to 1.5" (13–38mm). Simply insert a resistor into the desired groove and bend the leads over the edges for consistent, repeatable results.
Key Features
- Dual-Sided – 1/4W spacing on one side, 1/2W spacing on the other
- 1/4W Side: 0.4"–1.5" (10–38mm) lead spacing
- 1/2W Side: 0.5"–1.5" (13–38mm) lead spacing
- ABS Plastic – High-impact, durable construction
Ideal For
- Through-hole PCB assembly and soldering kits
- Batch forming resistor leads to consistent spacing
- Electronics education and workshop environments
Package Contents
- 1× Resistor lead bending tool
Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- PCB
- A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
- through-hole
- A mounting style where the component leads pass through holes in a circuit board and are soldered on the other side. Through-hole parts are often easier to handle and solder by hand, which is useful for classroom and hobby projects.
