Raspberry Pi Active Cooler

A well-designed and effective active cooler that does exactly what it promises. Assembly was straightforward and took only a few minutes, with clear alignment and no fiddly steps. Shipping was fast, accurate, and the product arrived exactly as described. I am using this on a Raspberry Pi 5 running a headless Chromium kiosk to monitor my home server infrastructure, specifically Grafana dashboards backed by Prometheus and Loki. Under continuous load, thermals remain stable and the fan noise is unobtrusive, which is ideal for a system designed to run 24/7. Overall, a reliable, well-engineered accessory that complements the Raspberry Pi 5 perfectly. Highly recommended for sustained workloads and monitoring setups.

One minor issue with the heat sink being compatible with the sata hat, I had to modify the fins but other than that works like a charm

The genuine cooler works well. It's low profile so you can fit hats on top. Allows for overlocking safely.

10/10 The RPi 5 active cooler does the trick. Easy to install, just peel of the membrane covering the heat transfer material and position it over the board. Pop the two teflon locking pins home(had to squeeze one with pliers) and then remove the little plastic cap covering the fan connector and insert the connector. Fan is very quiet and almost inaudible. Thanks to Maddy and gang for their usual great service.
