This machined aluminium servo arm is a durable, precision-made replacement for the plastic servo horns typically included with hobby servos. The anodised aluminium construction provides significantly more strength and rigidity than standard plastic arms.
The arm is 37 mm long and 2.5 mm thick, with four tapped M2 screw holes at 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, and 30 mm from the centre rotation point. The hub is compatible with standard 25-tooth servo axles found on most standard-size servos.
Key Features
- Machined Aluminium – Anodised for strength and durability
- 25-Tooth Hub – Compatible with standard-size servo axles
- 4 Mounting Holes – Tapped M2 holes at 15, 20, 25, and 30 mm from centre
- Precision Made – Clean finish with accurate hole placement

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- servo
- A servo is a motor with built-in position control, usually told to move to a specific angle by a control signal. It matters when you need repeatable movement, such as steering, arms, flaps, or linkages, rather than continuous spinning.
