The JustBoom Amp HAT is a high-quality audio amplifier with built-in DAC, designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi. Simply stack it onto your Raspberry Pi A+, B+, 2B, or 3B — no soldering, no external sound cards required. Connect passive speakers and enjoy crystal-clear audio within minutes.

Featuring a Class-D power amplifier with a 192 kHz / 32-bit DAC, the Amp HAT delivers up to 2 × 55 W peak output. It uses the I²S interface for audio input, reducing CPU load compared to USB audio solutions, and back-powers the Raspberry Pi over GPIO so only a single power supply is needed for the entire system.
