The Himax WE-I Plus EVB is an endpoint AI development board designed for deploying TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers models in vision, voice, and vibration applications. It features the WE-I Plus ASIC (HX6537-A) with an embedded Synopsys ARC EM9D DSP running at 400 MHz, 2 MB SRAM, and 2 MB flash for neural network model deployment.
Built-in sensors cover all three TensorFlow Lite demo applications: a Himax HM0360 ultra-low-power VGA mono camera for person detection (40 ms latency), dual MEMS microphones for micro speech recognition (6 ms latency), and an STM LSM9DS1 IMU for magic wand gesture detection.
