INTRODUCTION
This is a small DC - DC boost module that converts a 0.9 ~ 5v power source to standard 5V, making it capable of supplying power to an Arduino microcontroller and other small electronic devices that use a 5v input. It integrates a PFM DC-DC boost control chip. The maximum output current is up to 500 ~ 600 mA. There are two power input ports, PH2.0 and KF235-3.81-2P which are compatible with DFRobot's 3.7 V lithium battery.
Note: Please pay attenetion to the battery polarity when connecting the battery.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- DC
- DC means direct current, where electricity flows in one constant direction, as supplied by batteries, USB ports and many plug-pack power supplies. When a product specifies DC, it runs from a DC supply rather than mains AC, so you need to provide the correct voltage and polarity.
- microcontroller
- A microcontroller is a small computer on a single chip that runs a stored program and controls connected inputs and outputs such as buttons, sensors, displays and communication interfaces. In a device built around one, it is the part that executes the code and coordinates the device's behaviour.
