Channel Mount Gearbox Kit - Standard Rotation (2:1 Ratio)

This channel mount gearbox kit lets you attach a standard-size servo to Actobotics channel and tubing, creating a powered 2:1 gear reduction with up to 180° of rotation. It's ideal for building custom pan-and-tilt mechanisms, robotic arms, and other mechanical structures.

The kit features a hardened 1/2″ stainless steel output shaft supported by dual ABEC-5 precision ball bearings, capable of handling up to 200 pounds of vertical and horizontal load. The main spur gear is bolted directly to the drive hub, eliminating any possibility of slipping under load.
