The 64×32 RGB LED Matrix Panel with 4mm pitch from DFRobot features 2048 full-colour RGB LEDs, each independently controllable. With its slim 11mm profile and durable construction, this panel is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in harsh environments.

The panel features two IDC connectors on the back (DATA_IN and DATA_OUT) for daisy-chaining multiple panels into larger displays. It uses a 1:16 scan rate and requires at least 13 digital GPIOs. An Arduino Uno lacks the speed and RAM to drive this panel — use a Raspberry Pi, Arduino Mega, or similar high-speed controller.

Key Features

  • 4mm Pixel Pitch – Mid-range spacing for indoor displays at moderate viewing distances
  • 2048 RGB LEDs – 64×32 resolution with full-colour, individually controllable pixels
  • Wide Viewing Angle – 160° or greater for clear visibility from the side
  • Slim Profile – Only 11mm thick
  • Chainable – IDC input/output connectors allow multiple panels to be daisy-chained
  • Indoor/Outdoor Use – Durable construction for harsh environments
  • High Brightness – ≥1200 cd/m² white balance brightness
