64x32 Flexible RGB LED Matrix - 5mm Pitch

64x32 Flexible RGB LED Matrix - 5mm Pitch

Discontinued

A flexible version of the popular 64×32 RGB LED matrix with 5mm pixel pitch. The thin, bendable PCB can be gently curved around surfaces for creative installations — wearables, architectural lighting, curved displays, and more. Features 2048 bright RGB LEDs in a 64×32 grid.

Driven at a 1:16 scan rate via two IDC connectors (input and output for chaining). Requires a fast microcontroller with plenty of RAM — Arduino Mega, Raspberry Pi, or FPGA recommended. Not compatible with Arduino Uno.

Key Features

  • Flexible PCB – Bendable backing for curved and non-flat surfaces
  • 2048 RGB LEDs – 64×32 pixel grid at 5mm pitch
  • Larger Panel Size – 320 × 160mm gives more physical display area than the 4mm version
  • Chainable – Input and output IDC connectors for cascading panels
  • 1:16 Scan Rate – 12 onboard 16-bit latches
  • Pre-White Balanced – Uniform colour when all LEDs are lit

Specifications

  • Resolution – 64 × 32 (2048 pixels)
  • Pixel Pitch – 5mm
  • Panel Dimensions – 320 × 160mm
  • Operating Voltage – 5V DC
  • Current Draw – Up to 4A per panel
  • Data Pins – 13 digital (6 data + 7 control)
  • Scan Rate – 1:16
