13.56MHz RFID/NFC Plastic Nail
Discontinued
This blank 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC tag comes in a plastic nail form factor, designed to be hammered into wood, pallets, trees, or other soft materials for permanent tagging. The nail houses a Mifare Classic 1K chip with 1 KB of writable EEPROM storage. The embedded chip and antenna are passively powered — no battery is needed.
The chip stores data in writable EEPROM divided into banks and supports over 100,000 re-write cycles. A permanent 4-byte serial number is factory-burned into each chip for unique identification.
