My go-to for most things single-board

I don't think there's much that we can say about a Raspberry Pi 4 anymore. Yes, there are competitors, the "5" is more powerful than the
"4", but for most of what I want, the "4" sits at an ideal price point.

Well known, reliable (in my experience) and recently, quite easy to get. It's worth having one in the cupboard just in case.

Dual (micro)HDMI option is great - make sure you've got microHDMI to HDMI cables or adapters handy though.
