Get your custom PCB designs professionally fabricated with this 2-layer PCB service. You will receive 10 PCBs per order, with a maximum board size of 10cm × 10cm. Quantity is in multiples of 10 — add more to your cart if you need additional boards.
Once your order is placed, email your design files along with your order number in the subject line to Manufacture@dfrobot.com. If your submitted files meet the requirements, your order will be processed within 4 business days. Otherwise, you will be contacted for corrections and resubmission.

Gerber File Requirements
- Top layer: *.GTL
- Bottom layer: *.GBL
- Solder Stop Mask Top: *.GTS
- Solder Stop Mask Bottom: *.GBS
- Silk Top: *.GTO
- Silk Bottom: *.GBO
- NC Drill: *.TXT
- Gerber files must be in RS-274x format
- Board outline must be included in at least one layer — indicate which layer contains it
Note: ZIP all required files for each design into one archive. For multiple designs in a single order, name each file clearly (e.g. Design1_OrderNumber.zip). Do not merge multiple board designs into one file.
