The Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2 is an 8-megapixel camera board built around the Sony IMX219 image sensor. It connects to any Raspberry Pi via the dedicated CSI camera interface using a short ribbon cable, providing high-quality still photos and video without taking up USB ports.
