Intel® Galileo Gen 2
The Intel Galileo Gen 2 is a development board based on the Intel Quark SoC X1000, a 32-bit Intel Pentium-class system on a chip running at up to 400MHz. It is hardware and software pin-compatible with Arduino Uno R3 shields and programmable through the Arduino IDE on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Beyond Arduino compatibility, the Galileo Gen 2 features PC-industry standard I/O including a full-sized mini-PCI Express slot, 100Mb Ethernet, micro-SD slot, USB host and client ports, and USB TTL UART header — making it suitable for both maker projects and professional prototyping.
