Analog panel meter [50uA]
A large, elegant analog panel meter with a 0–50 µA full-scale deflection. The front cover opens with two screws for easy gauge replacement, and a zero-adjust dial ensures accurate readings. Four 3mm mounting screws on the back make it simple to attach to any box or enclosure.
With a 50 µA sensitivity, this meter can be driven from any microcontroller's PWM output through a series resistor. Connect the black wire to ground, add a resistor in series with the red wire, and sweep the PWM from 0–100% to swing the needle. Use R = (Supply Voltage) × 20,000 — so 100K for 5V or 66K for 3.3V.
