The MB7076 XL-MaxSonar-WRLA1 is a weather-resistant ultrasonic ranging sensor with centimetre resolution and a 10 Hz read rate. It detects the nearest target from 20 cm to 1068 cm (over 10 metres) and provides three output options: analog voltage, analog envelope, and RS232 serial.

Housed in a rugged PVC enclosure rated to IP67, this sensor matches standard 3/4-inch PVC pipe fittings for easy outdoor mounting. Factory-calibrated narrow beam patterns and advanced noise rejection algorithms deliver reliable, virtually noise-free distance readings even in challenging acoustic or electrical environments.
